Thalapathy 69 Cast, Story Plot and Teaser Details Revealed:
Reportedly, the film is a commercial mass entertainer. It carries heavy political and social themes to align with Vijay’s real world political shift. According to the latest updates the film’s story revolves around the clash of ideologies between social democratic hero (Vijay) and power-hungry antagonist played by Bobby Deol.
It was exclusively confirmed that this film is an official remake of the 2023 Telugu Hit flick Bhagavanth Kesari. The producers specifically acquired the rights to accumulate the powerful story line regarding of the present society mirroring situation of women’s safety and Child abuse (tentatively known as the good touch and Bad touch theme concept). The films core point/plot was reportedly moved Vijay so emotionally and deeply.
Well by watching the trailer we all are known that Vijay was expected by playing an intense former police officer cop role tentatively known by the name Thalapathy Vetri Kondan IPS.
The film uses the tagline “The Torch Bearer of the Democracy” and explores the idea of the youth reclaiming the country’s future. As the director H.Vinoth has packed the film with roughly ten major and intense action sequences and it makes the audience to edge of the seat thrilling experience. The film was produced by Venkat K. Narayana of KVN productions as it was their first Tamil venture with Jagadish Palaniswamy and Lohith N.K. as co-producers. The films budget was estimated approximately around ₹300 crore and ₹500 crore.
Well the movie dialogues and screenplay was done by H.Vinoth. The movie cinematography was handled by Sathyan Sooryan ISC who was previously worked for Master movie with Vijay and the editing by Pradeep E.Raghav.
Stunt and action choreography was designed by Anal Arasu. Art direction by V.Selvakumar and Dance choreography was made by Sekhar VJ and Sudhan. The fims was shooted by in Arri Alexa 35 with Arri Master Anamorphic and signature prime lenses.
Digital Rights and OTT Details:
As per the latest reports, the film was officially was slated to release in all the languages Tamil, Telugu, Malayalam, Kannada and Hindi in all the Indian origin regions.
The Amazon Prime Video has originally has secured the digital rights of the movie with the handshake deal of ₹120–₹121 crore setting a new record for a Tamil film’s digital rights.
Following up of a bad news the amazon prime video has been withdrawn from the deal due to the delay in films release caused by ongoing disputes with the Central Board of Film Certification(CBFC).
Zee Tamil has officially made a deal for the satellite rights of the film. Reports estimates that the satellite deal to be worth of ₹55 crore and ₹64 crore. Apparently, this is the consecutive 3rd film of the Vijay film acquired by Zee Tamil following by Mersal and The Greatest of All Time (GOAT).
