The sequel features a massive star cast lining in Bollywood lead actor Ranveer Singh as (Hamza Ali Mazari) reprising his role as undercover agent as Jaskirat Singh Rangi. Sanjay Dutt, R Madhavan, Akshay Khanna( appearing in Flash back’s) Arjun Rampal, Sara Arjun and Yami Gautam( special appearance).
The Plot – Dhurandhar: The Revenge
Continuing from the cliffhanger, the current sequel follows under cover agent Jaskirat Singh Rangi as he ascends to the crown of Karachi’s underworld. As the protagonist has to maintain that dual identity to dismantle a worldwide terrorism attack from within its roots. As the flashback in the movie reveals jaskirat’s transformation to become an India’s top-secret agent who undergoes into an intense life and death training. Lining up a deadly cat and mouse game ensues with Major Iqbal (Arjun Rampal) the master mind behind the 26/11 attack’s taken place in India. In the movie Jaskirat mission is in danger as his wife Yalina (Sara Arjun) who begins to suspects his true identity by taking romance into a dangerous psychological battle. Technical Team and Production Details:
The film is slated to be one of the longest cinema in Indian Cinematic History, with a final runtime of 3 hours and 55 minutes. Cinematography was handled by Vikash Nowlakah Specifically for this action peaked saga the makers has filmed with cameras and Lenses naming with Arri Alexa 35 with Hawk V-lite, Zeiss master prime and Angenieux Optimo Lenses. The music and intense background score were composed by Shahswat Sachdev, the music rights sold by T-series for 45Crores.
The budget of the movie combined for both parts is estimated between ₹250–475 crore and the producers of the movie are Jyothi Deshpande, Adithya Dhar and Lokesh Dhar. The shooting was carried out with the intension of first part as a single project but due to intense story and gripping narration it has to make in two parts. The movie was shooted in the locations of Thailand and India in indoor sets to bring that realism of Karachi and Pakistan cities culture. And the important unkown fact is that several crew members were halted in August 2025 due to food poisoning in Leh Ladak due to its climatic conditions. The key sequences involving intelligence operations, close combat and explosions were filmed in Bangkok’s narrow alley and river front zones. For the first time in the movie franchise, the movie will be released in all the languages: Telugu, Hindi, Tamil, Kannada and Malayalam. The movie was a PAN India release and it is scheduled to hit the silver screens on March 19, 2026.

OTT Details:
The digital rights for Dhurandhar part two was acquired by JioHotStar, and the expected OTT release will on May 14, 2026 following by an eight-week theatrical experience.
